Our client, a leading company in the real estate sector, is seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to lead and manage the sales and marketing department. The purpose of this role is to increase sales through the development and execution of strategic marketing plans and sales initiatives.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and lead comprehensive sales strategies to achieve company revenue targets.
  • Monitor and guide the daily activities of the sales team.
  • Track sales performance and provide regular follow-ups to ensure targets are met.
  • Expand market presence by promoting products and brand awareness.
  • Build and manage the sales pipeline to drive growth.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Communicate value propositions through proposals and presentations.
  • Conduct regular training to enhance sales team capabilities.
  • Organize weekly and monthly meetings to review team performance.
  • Follow up on leads and maintain long-term customer relationships.
  • Handle customer complaints professionally and in line with company policies.
  • Review quotations, bidding documents, and acceptance forms.
  • Stay updated on product and market information.
  • Plan and execute marketing events and brand promotions via various channels.
  • Negotiate and close commercial agreements.
  • Submit monthly sales reports to management.
  • Prepare marketing budgets and expense forecasts.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by the management team.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5-7 years of relevant sales experience, with team management responsibilities.
  • Fluent in English and Chinese (spoken and written).
  • Strong leadership and motivational skills.
  • Able to work efficiently under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
  • Proactive, result-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Flexible working hours and strong sense of responsibility.
  • Good interpersonal skills and a professional attitude.
