JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
· Business Development & Client Acquisition: Identify and develop new business opportunities with corporate clients in Abu Dhabi, with a focus on Chinese-owned businesses or companies with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.
· Client Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring long-term partnerships and repeat business.
· Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market presence, especially within sectors familiar with or requiring Mandarin-speaking support.
· Proposal & Contract Negotiation: Prepare customized staffing solutions, negotiate contracts, and close deals efficiently.
· Market Analysis: Track market trends, competitor activities, and client needs to continuously refine sales strategies.
· Team Collaboration: Coordinate with recruitment, operations, and account management teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
· Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all sales activities align with UAE labor laws and company policies.
