This is an exciting opportunity to lead and mentor a team of sales professionals, contributing directly to the success of one of the country's most reputable real estate companies. You will be instrumental in developing and implementing effective sales strategies to drive sales across our diverse portfolio of properties.

We are seeking a highly motivated individual who will:

  • Source, Recruit and Maintain the required manpower; five (5) to seven (7) Property Specialists throughout the contract
  • Lead, coach, and inspire a team of Real Estate Sales Agents.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and surpass sales targets.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Drive sales performance through effective training and motivation.
  • Supervise sales team to ensure monthly, quarterly, semi-annual and annual sales target and deliverables are met

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of BS Real Estate Management or any 4-year course
  • With more than 3years of Real Estate Sales experience
  • Minimum of 2 years managerial experience
  • With a ready team of at least 5-8 real estate salesperson upon joining
  • Must have a good understanding of the local real estate market
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Real Estate Brokers License is an advantage
