As a Sales Director Cardio, you are responsible for the sales strategy and its operational implementation in the cardio field. You are professionally and disciplinarily responsible for the performance management of regional sales activities and directly lead 2 regional managers cardio, who are responsible for the regional implementation in their areas. You define the strategic direction for cardiologists, lipidologists, and (outpatient) clinics, ensure the derivation of concrete regional concepts, and ensure that these are implemented in line with the company strategy. Through your strategic, entrepreneurial thinking and actions, you are an initiator and sparring partner for the regional managers and the regional sales teams. You are responsible for national resource and performance management as well as for recruiting leadership in the Cardio Sales Force.
You work closely cross-functionally with the GP Sales Manager, Marketing, Medical, and the head of the medical-scientific field service and report to the Head of Sales & Omnichannel Customer Engagement. Additionally, you support the conception and strategic management of medical events and have a strong focus on supra-regional scientific leader management. You act as a central networker between specialists, clinics, and general practitioners and are responsible for the coordinated approach to these target groups.
In this role, you significantly contribute to the further development of a future-oriented, agile work culture and optimized patient care and prevention.
