Job Description

As a Sales Manager for Business Banking, you will play a crucial role in driving the sales strategy and achieving business goals.   • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing a high-performing sales team.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex banking solutions.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in using data to drive sales strategies and make informed decisions.
  • Knowledge of banking products, services, and regulations, particularly in the business banking domain.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and sales enablement tools.
  • Willingness to continuously learn and adapt to the dynamic nature of the banking industry.
