We are looking for an experienced, entrepreneurial, and inspiring Sales Manager Benelux to lead our commercial development across Belgium, the Netherlands, and Luxembourg. You will play a key role in expanding our customer base and strengthening our position across strategic segments including Energy & Utilities, Renewables, Data Centers, Battery Energy Storage (BESS), Industry, Food & Pharma, and EPC. Leading a team of Strategic Account Managers, Key Account Managers, Account Managers, and Business Developers across Belgium and the Netherlands, you will combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution, inspiring your team to identify opportunities, unlock growth, and create long-term value for customers and Hitachi Energy alike.
You will lead a team of sales professionals based in Belgium and the Netherlands, including Strategic Account Managers, Key Account Managers, Account Managers, and Business Developers, and play a key role in strengthening our market position in the Benelux region.
This is a high-impact leadership role for a commercially driven professional with strong market knowledge, a proven ability to develop business in complex industrial environments, and the leadership skills to inspire teams and deliver results.
