
We are looking for a sales manager to strengthen our ambitious sales team in Kaunas, Lithuania. You will work with the leading security systems solutions across the Baltic Countries and master your B2B sales skills.
Teltonika’s security business unit designs and manufactures advanced electronic devices for intrusion detection, building protection, car alarm systems. Our products are used in residential, commercial environments to enhance safety and provide intelligent monitoring. Leveraging cutting-edge technologies, we aim to set new benchmarks in the security industry.
You'll represent Teltonika Security Systems, one of the strongest and fastest-growing brands in the security industry.
You'll have the opportunity to build relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers from leading security companies across your region, gaining valuable exposure to high-level business discussions and strategic partnerships.
As one of the first Teltonika Security Systems representatives in your assigned market, you'll have a unique chance to establish the company's presence, shape its growth direction, and leave a lasting impact on its success in the region.

Salary
We appreciate everyone's efforts and experiences, so we offer an attractive salary matching your skillset and field expertise. The salary for this position ranges from 13 Eur/h up to 16 Eur/h (~2100 Eur—2650 Eur) pre-tax, depending on your experience and expertise, with the option to get bonuses.
*In an employment agreement, we specify and define a fixed (tariff) hourly salary rate before taxes.
