Job Description

Company Overview:

What is Being Offered:

  • $80K-$100K base + bonus (total $150K+)

What The Position is About:

  • Lead a team of 5 sales reps to achieve sales targets and increase revenue
  • Recruit, hire, and train the sales roster
  • Coach, mentor, and motivate the sales team
  • Conduct check-ins and ride-alongs with the sales reps
  • Lead sales meetings and one on ones
  • Create a culture of continuous training, improvement, teamwork, and accountability
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share and customer base
  • Monitor sales metrics and performance, and provide regular feedback to the sales team

The Right Candidate Will Have:

  • Proven sales management experience within the home improvement industry
  • Strong understanding and experience with the one-call-close, in-home sales process
  • Track record of growing sales team
  • Experience with the Improveit 360 CRM is preferred
