What is Being Offered:

• $80K base + bonus (OTE $150K-$165K)

What The Position is About:

• Manage a team of sales reps to achieve sales targets and increase revenue
• Coach, mentor, and motivate the sales team
• Recruit, hire, and train the sales roster
• Conduct check-ins and ride-alongs with the sales reps
• Lead weekly sales meetings and one on ones
• Create a culture of continuous training, improvement, teamwork, and accountability
• Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share and customer base
• Monitor sales metrics and performance, and provide regular feedback to the sales team
• Maintain high-level oversight of the trade/new-construction sales team

The Right Candidate Will Have:

• Sales management experience within the window industry
• Strong understanding and experience with the one-call-close, in-home sales process
• Proven experience training, coaching, and developing salespeople
• Experience around companies operating at the $15M-$30M level
