Job Description

What is Being Offered:

  • Base + bonus (OTE $145K-$160K+)

What The Position is About:

  • Manage a team of 12-15 sales reps to achieve sales targets and increase revenue
  • Coach, mentor, and motivate the sales team
  • Conduct check-ins and ride-alongs with the sales reps
  • Lead weekly sales meetings and one on ones
  • Maintain accurate rep schedules and communicate changes promptly
  • Handle first-level customer escalations and escalate issues that exceed this position’s authority
  • Monitor sales metrics and performance, and provide regular feedback to the sales team

The Right Candidate Will Have:

  • 4-5+ years of sales leadership experience within the home improvement industry
  • Proven success managing a sales team of 5+
  • Strong understanding and experience with a structured one-call-close sales methodology
  • Technology proficiency (CRM, MarketSharp, Rilla, etc.)
  • Experience with high-ticket sales is preferred
