Job Description

  • This is an established roofing and exterior remodeling company serving customers throughout the Carolinas

What is Being Offered:

  • $60K base + bonus (year one OTE $175K+)

What The Position is About:

  • Lead the sales team across two markets to achieve sales targets and increase revenue
  • Recruit, hire, and train the sales roster (looking to grow the team)
  • Coach, mentor, and motivate the sales team
  • Conduct check-ins and ride-alongs with the sales reps
  • Lead weekly sales meetings
  • Run solo leads secondary to managing the sales organization
  • Develop and implement sales strategies and process to increase market share and customer base
  • Monitor sales metrics and performance, and provide regular feedback to the sales team
  • Travel between the two markets based on team needs

The Right Candidate Will Have:

  • Strong retail sales background
  • Proven sales leadership experience
  • Experience with the one-call-close, in-home sales process
  • Experience scaling a sales organization
