Job Description

  • This is a 35+ year old residential flooring company serving homeowners throughout New York
  • Backed by reliable service, strong resources, and a clear growth plan, this company is focused on rapidly expanding their Long Island presence

What is Being Offered:

  • Base + bonus (total $150K-$200K)

What The Position is About:

  • Build and manage a team of sales reps across to achieve sales targets and increase revenue
  • Run leads initially while building the team
  • Recruit, hire, and train the sales roster
  • Coach, mentor, and motivate the sales team
  • Conduct check-ins and ride-alongs with the sales reps
  • Lead weekly sales meetings and one on ones
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share and customer base
  • Monitor sales metrics and performance, and provide regular feedback to the sales team

The Right Candidate Will Have:

  • Sales experience within the flooring industry
  • Experience with the one-call-close, in-home sales process
