Job Description

  • This is a 30+ year old home improvement company serving homeowners across Massachusetts and New Hampshire

What is Being Offered:

  • $70K-$80K base + bonus (total $160K-$190K)

What The Position is About:

  • Lead and manage a team of 5+ sales reps to achieve sales targets and increase revenue
  • Recruit, hire, and train the sales roster
  • Coach, mentor, and motivate the sales team
  • Conduct check-ins and ride-alongs with the sales reps
  • Lead weekly sales meetings and one on ones
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share and customer base
  • Monitor sales metrics and performance, and provide regular feedback to the sales team

The Right Candidate Will Have:

  • Proven in-home sales leadership experience
  • Experience recruiting, hiring, and training in-home sales reps
  • Windows experience is preferred
  • One-call-close experience is preferred
