Job Description

  • This is a well-established exterior remodeling company servicing the Greater Phoenix area

What is Being Offered:

  • Flexible compensation, $100K-$120K base + bonus (total $200K)
  • Benefits stipend
  • 401K with match & PTO

What The Position is About:

  • Lead and manage a team of sales reps to achieve sales targets and increase revenue
  • Recruit, hire, and train the sales roster (looking to grow the team)
  • Coach, mentor, and motivate the sales team
  • Conduct check-ins and ride-alongs with the sales reps
  • Run solo leads weekly
  • Lead sales meetings and one on ones
  • Develop and implement sales strategies and process to increase market share and customer base
  • Monitor sales metrics and performance, and provide regular feedback to the sales team

The Right Candidate Will Have:

  • Proven sales leadership experience within the home improvement industry
  • Roofing experience is preferred but not required
