Job Description

  • This is a national home services platform focused on partnering with market-leading residential exterior service providers

What is Being Offered:

  • $90K-$110K base + monthly bonus (total $225K)

What The Position is About:

  • Lead and manage a team of sales reps across two offices to achieve sales targets and increase revenue
  • Recruit, hire, and train the sales roster (looking to grow both sales teams)
  • Coach, mentor, and motivate the sales team
  • Conduct check-ins and ride-alongs with the sales reps
  • Lead weekly sales meetings and one on ones
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share and customer base
  • Monitor sales metrics and performance, and provide regular feedback to the sales team

The Right Candidate Will Have:

  • Proven in-home sales leadership experience
  • Strong understanding and experience with the one-call-close, in-home sales process
  • Experience as a sales representative
  • Roofing experience is a plus
