Job Description

  • This is a rapidly growing bathroom remodeling company serving homeowners in MA and CT

What is Being Offered:

  • Base + bonus (OTE $200K+)

What The Position is About:

  • Lead and manage a team of 5+ sales reps to achieve sales targets and increase revenue
  • Recruit, hire, and train the sales roster (looking to double the size of the current team)
  • Coach, mentor, and motivate the sales team
  • Run solo appointments as needed to ensure team revenue targets are hit
  • Conduct check-ins and ride-alongs with the sales reps
  • Lead weekly sales meetings and one on ones
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share and customer base
  • Monitor sales metrics and performance, and provide regular feedback to the sales team

The Right Candidate Will Have:

  • 2+ years of sales leadership experience within the home improvement/services industry
  • Experience recruiting, hiring, training, and developing sales reps from the ground up
  • Strong understanding and experience with the one-call-close, in-home sales process
