Job Description

  • This is a 25-year-old home improvement company offering siding, window, roofing, and bathroom remodeling services
  • Authorized dealer of Simonton, James Hardie, Mastic, Sierra Pacific, and Jacuzzi products
  • Better Business Bureau accredited with an A+ rating

What is Being Offered:

  • $90K-$100K base + bonus (total $125K-$150K+)

What The Position is About:

  • Lead and manage a team of sales reps across to achieve sales targets and increase revenue
  • Recruit, hire, and train the sales roster (looking to grow the team)
  • Coach, mentor, and motivate the sales team
  • Run solo appointments weekly
  • Conduct check-ins and ride-alongs with the sales reps
  • Lead weekly sales meetings and one on ones
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share and customer base
  • Monitor sales metrics and performance, and provide regular feedback to the sales team

The Right Candidate Will Have:

  • Sales leadership experience within the home improvement industry
  • Training experience
  • Self-motivated and process-oriented personality
  • Bathroom or exterior product knowledge is preferred
