Job Description

What The Position is About:

  • Oversee a team of 15+ sales reps to achieve sales targets and increase revenue
  • Drive daily sales performance through real-time coaching, appointment debriefs, and accountability tracking
  • Lead team performance management via weekly team meetings, 1:1s, and monthly performance reviews against goals
  • Develop and elevate reps through ride-alongs, pitch evaluations, and targeted coaching on closing, objection handling, and sales process execution
  • Ensure sales process consistency while supporting customer escalations and cross-functional alignment with Marketing and Finance
  • Maintain performance visibility through consistent documentation, reporting, and coaching summaries
  • Support team growth and culture by assisting with hiring, onboarding, scheduling, and overall team engagement

The Right Candidate Will Have:

  • 4-5+ years of sales management experience within the home improvement industry
  • Strong understanding and experience with the one-call close, in-home sales process
  • Proven success managing a sales team of 5+
  • Tech savvy (CRM, MarketSharp)
  • Experience with high-ticket sales is preferred
