Job Description

What is Being Offered:

What The Position is About:

  • Oversee a team of 5+ sales reps and an assistant to achieve sales targets and increase revenue
  • Recruit, hire, and train the sales roster (looking to grow the team)
  • Coach, mentor, and motivate the sales team
  • Conduct check-ins and ride-alongs with the sales reps
  • Lead weekly sales meetings
  • Monitor sales metrics and performance, and provide regular feedback to the sales team

The Right Candidate Will Have:

  • Sales management experience within the home improvement industry
  • Strong understanding and experience with the one-call close, in-home sales process
  • The ability to manage multiple markets
  • Experience leading and growing successful sales teams
