THE OPPORTUNITY

As our AGV Sales Manager, you'll drive new business, build lasting customer partnerships, and deliver innovative automation solutions that solve real-world challenges. From identifying opportunities through to implementation and ongoing support, you'll own the customer journey end-to-end while shaping and executing our sales strategy.

This hybrid role offers the flexibility of working from home and from our Belrose office on Sydney’s Northern Beaches reporting to the Director Mobile Automation, ANZ.

Tasks and Qualifications:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead and develop the sales team to achieve revenue, growth and profitability targets.
  • Drive sales strategy, forecasting, budgeting and pipeline management.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, positioning Dematic as a strategic partner.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
  • Work closely with customers and solutions teams to develop tailored materials handling solutions.
  • Manage key accounts and sales opportunities to deliver divisional sales objectives.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and support continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with sales processes, contract requirements and company standards.
  • Oversee successful solution delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Promote a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with WHS&E policies and procedures.

ABOUT YOU

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

  • Proven solution sales ability (8+ years) including outstanding negotiation skills, persuasive ability and excellent communication skills
  • Leadership skills
  • Understanding OH&S requirements
  • Strong understanding of financial outcomes and ability to meet critical deadlines
  • Ability to interact and liaise with all team members
  • Ability to be flexible and resourceful in the face of challenging situations
