Sales Manager 销售经理(AE)BeijingExperiencedFull-timeResponsibilities1. Drive global sales expansion of 3D generative AI products and services across target industries including gaming, film/animation, 3D printing, industrial design, and creative design;
2. Develop and manage a global network of regional resellers and value-added partners to expand the reach of technical services;
3. Formulate and execute sales strategies and annual plans to achieve company revenue targets;
4. Deeply understand clients’ business scenarios and pain points, and provide solution-oriented recommendations based on the company’s technologies;
5. Manage key client relationships and coordinate internal resources to support customer needs;
6. Monitor industry trends and gather market and competitive intelligence to provide feedback for product iteration;
7. Establish and maintain internal sales workflows, tools, and resource management systems;
8. Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and technical teams to drive the commercialization of the company’s services.

2、开发和管理全球区域性reseller和value added partner渠道网络,扩大技术服务的市场覆盖;
3、制定并执行销售策略和年度销售计划,达成公司既定销售指标;
4、深入了解客户业务场景和痛点,提供基于公司技术的前期解决方案建议;
5、负责重点客户关系维护,协调内部资源支持客户需求;
6、跟踪行业动态,收集市场和竞争情报,为产品迭代提供反馈;
7、建立并维护销售团队的工作流程、销售工具和资源管理系统;
8、与市场、产品和技术团队紧密合作,推动公司服务的商业化落地。Qualifications1. 3+ years of experience in B2B sales of AI, cloud services, or SaaS products; background in cloud platforms, AI image startups, 3D printing, 3D content, gaming, or film/animation is preferred;
2. Solid understanding of cloud business models and technical service offerings such as API delivery and private cloud deployment; knowledge of AI fundamentals with the ability to assess product capabilities and application boundaries;
3. Strong network and experience in IT or cloud sales channels, with proven ability to develop and manage channel partners;
4. Excellent communication, business negotiation, and project management skills, with the ability to manage complex sales cycles;
5. Strategic mindset and strong business acumen, capable of identifying market opportunities and converting them into growth;
6. Proficient in sales management tools and CRM systems, with solid data analysis skills;
7. Fluent in English, capable of supporting global business development;
8. Experience working in startups or high-growth companies is a plus.
1、3年以上AI/云服务/SaaS类B2B产品销售经验,有云厂、AI图像创业公司、3D打印、3D内容、游戏或影视动画行业背景者优先;
2、理解云业务模式,熟悉API服务、专有云部署等技术服务模式,了解AI基本原理,能准确把握AI产品的能力边界和应用场景;
3、拥有丰富的IT渠道或云渠道资源,能有效开发和管理渠道合作伙伴;
4、具备优秀的表达沟通能力、商务谈判能力和项目管理能力,能推动复杂销售流程顺利进行;
5、具有战略思维和商业敏感度,能识别市场机会并转化为业务增长;
6、熟练掌握销售管理工具和CRM系统,具备数据分析能力;
7、具备良好的英语沟通能力,能支持全球业务拓展需求;
