WHO ARE YOU?

  • A Proven Leader: You have approximately 3+ years of documented leadership experience, specifically in high-growth sales environments where you’ve built cultures of accountability.
  • Retail Market Expert: You understand the "why" behind retail advertising, with a track record of delivering measurable ROI and ROAS for large-scale brands.
  • Agency Insider: You possess a strong established network among major Swedish media agencies and natural authority within the industry.
  • Programmatic Savvy: You have a solid grasp of programmatic advertising and know how to turn technical specs into high-impact commercial solutions.
  • The "I Fix" Mentality: You don't need a perfect manual. You thrive in evolving environments and bring high energy to building structures where they are missing.
  • Mentor at Heart: Leveraging your proven experience in sales leadership and coaching, you are passionate about maturing young talent and elevating their approach from transactional sales to high-value, strategic partnerships.

WHAT’S THE JOB LIKE?

Day-to-day work & projects cooking Your mission is to transform our Swedish sales presence. You aren't just managing a pipeline; you are building a high-performance engine.

  • The Mission: Position Vend as the preferred partner for Swedish media agencies, brands and retail giants.
  • The Daily Flow: You’ll spend your time coaching the team on "commercial toughness," meeting with high-level agency stakeholders, and fine-tuning our "Ways of Working" (WOW).
  • Key Projects: Moving the team from selling "formats" to selling "impactful solutions" driven by deep data and insights.
  • Stakeholders: You will serve as a cornerstone of the Nordic Advertising Leadership Team, playing a decisive role in aligning local execution with our Nordic commercial vision. As the primary face of Vend for Swedish advertisers, you will balance high-level strategy with hands-on operational involvement—joining key client meetings and refining our product offerings to ensure sustained revenue growth and market excellence.

Success in this role looks like:

  • After 6 months: You’ve established clear standards for sales activity, stabilized the pipeline, and earned the full trust of your team as their primary mentor.
  • After 1 year: Vend is a household name in Swedish media agencies, and your team is consistently landing major new retail business through sophisticated, programmatic-led deals.

Hi, I’m Kristin Moen, CSO of Advertising in the Nordics.

Our team is central to Vend’s expansion. My focus is on our Nordic strategy and scaling our commercial model across the markets, and I now need a leader to drive our Swedish presence forward.

At Vend, we are deeply invested in how technology—and especially AI—is shaping the future. We need a leader who is forward-leaning and leads by example, balancing technological evolution with a strong human focus. While you are performance-driven and goal-oriented, your real impact comes from coaching. You understand that results are achieved through people, and you take pride in helping each individual master their craft.
