About the Role

At Pavago, we’re hiring on behalf of one of our clients for a Sales Manager to lead, coach, and scale a high-performing sales team focused on driving revenue growth and delivering exceptional sales performance.

This is not a passive management role. We’re looking for a hands-on leader who enjoys coaching sales professionals, improving sales processes, analyzing pipeline performance, and helping teams consistently exceed targets.

You’ll work closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Leadership to strengthen the entire sales organization—from prospecting through closing—while building scalable systems that support long-term growth.

What You’ll Own

Sales Leadership & Team Development

• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing remote sales team.
• Establish and monitor:

Sales Strategy & Revenue Growth

• Drive execution across the full sales cycle, including:
• Develop strategies to improve:

Sales Enablement & Onboarding

• Lead onboarding and training for new sales hires.
• Coach team members on:
• Develop and improve:
• Ensure the team maintains strong product knowledge and market awareness.

Pipeline Management & Forecasting

• Review and manage sales pipelines daily.
• Monitor:
• Deliver accurate revenue forecasts and performance reports to leadership.
• Maintain CRM hygiene and consistent sales documentation.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Partner closely with:

• Share customer insights to strengthen marketing and product strategies.

Requirements

Must-Have Qualifications

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in:
• Proven success leading sales teams that consistently achieve or exceed revenue goals.

Core Skills

• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

• Lead daily sales meetings and coaching sessions.

• Improve sales messaging, workflows, and playbooks.
• Analyze performance metrics and identify growth opportunities.
• Support representatives in progressing and closing strategic opportunities.
