Renewal by Andersen of Eastern NY has been expanding rapidly and we are looking to grow again this year! In order to accomplish our goal, we need to hire a leader with a vision for growth in our Outside Sales Program.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, and supervise sales staff.
• Develop, document, and implement training programs.
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of Renewal by Andersen products.
• Ensure quality control of sales staff.
• Track daily sales against quotas.
• Hold meetings with sales personnel.
• Ensure customer satisfaction.
• Present a professional appearance and image to the customer.
• Fulfill the leadership role to ensure overall customer satisfaction and sales performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years management experience.
• Direct sales experience preferred.
• Computer skills are a plus.
• College degree preferred.
• Ability to manage time and activities to meet deadlines, goals, quotas, and customer requirements.
• Skills of effective communication: clear/accurate messages and active listening.
• Ability to be highly organized along with experience coordinating projects, setting priorities, etc.…
• Skills to organize and follow through in handling details, documentation, records, requests, and processes.
• Ability to lead by example
• Ability to lift 50lbs.

Salary: $100k-$180K Competitive Salary + Performance Bonuses + Benefits ($100k-$180K)
