Job Description

The Sales Manager is responsible for planning and executing sales activities to maximize revenue and market share. The role involves identifying business opportunities, managing key accounts, leading sales initiatives, and building strong relationships with clients, corporate accounts, and business partners. The Sales Manager works closely with other departments to ensure business objectives and revenue targets are achieved.

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue goals.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and markets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Conduct sales calls, client meetings, and site inspections.
  • Prepare proposals, contracts, and sales presentations.
  • Negotiate rates and agreements with clients.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
  • Achieve individual and departmental sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
  • Coordinate with Operations, Marketing, and other departments to ensure excellent service delivery.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.
  • Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking functions.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2–5 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Hospitality Sales.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Excellent relationship-building and customer service skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent command of English; additional languages are an advantage.
  • Flexibility to travel and attend client meetings when required.
