We are seeking a Sales Manager to lead the sales of consumer products across the insecticides, homecare, personal care, and aerosol categories. The role will focus on growing sales, developing new markets, strengthening customer and distributor relationships, and managing the sales team. Key Responsibilities - Develop and implement sales plans to achieve revenue and market growth targets. - Lead, coach, and monitor the performance of the sales team. - Build relationships with key customers, distributors, and retail partners. - Identify new markets, customers, and distribution opportunities. - Monitor sales results, market trends, and competitor activity. - Prepare sales forecasts and performance reports for management. - Work with internal teams to address customer needs and ensure timely order follow-up. Requirements - At least 10 years of sales experience, including experience managing a team. - Experience in insecticides is highly preferred; experience in homecare products is also relevant. - Strong knowledge of consumer product sales and distribution channels. - Proven ability to grow sales and develop new markets. - Strong leadership, negotiation, and relationship management skills. - Own car required. - Basic English, including the ability to review key commercial documents.
