To strengthen our international sales team, we are looking for an experienced International Sales Manager (m/f/d) with a strong background in a technical B2B industrial environment. Proven expertise in the refrigeration and air conditioning industry is a mandatory requirement for this position.

The position is based in Spanish and is 100% remote. However, regular international business travel is an integral part of the role.

Scope of Responsibility

The sales regions and target markets assigned to the successful candidate will be determined based on their experience, industry knowledge, language skills, and professional network. The primary focus will be on developing and expanding international markets through distribution and OEM channels focusing first and the Iberia Peninsula : Portugal & Spain, suchase Maghreb.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies across international markets.
• Build, manage, and expand a network of sales partners, distributors, and OEM customers.
• Identify new business opportunities and develop new markets.
• Promote and market the Tecumseh product portfolio to customers and business partners.
• Conduct customer visits and participate in trade shows and industry events.
• Provide technical and commercial support to customers and partners.
• Support the introduction of new products within the respective markets.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
• Lead, support, and develop sales teams to achieve defined business objectives.
• Coordinate and animate technical seminar, in link with the Application Engineering Department
• Promote the product offer and the brand during the customers open days
• Conduct Annual negotiation, including commercial conditions, with the portfolio customers

Your Profile

• Several years of experience in international sales within a technical B2B environment.
• Mandatory experience in the refrigeration, HVAC, or cooling industry.
• Proven success in building and managing sales and distribution networks.
• Strong technical understanding and the ability to present complex products and solutions effectively.
• Experience working with OEM customers and distributors is an advantage.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
• Proficiency in Spanish, both written and spoken.
• Additional language skills are an asset.
• Willingness to travel internationally on a regular basis.
• Independent, structured, and results-oriented working style.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, assertiveness, and strong self-motivation.
