Job Description
About the Role
The Landmark Group is looking for a confident, motivated, and results-driven Sales Manager to join our growing team.
This is a sales-focused position for someone who knows how to build relationships, identify opportunities, develop proposals, follow up with clients, and close the sale.
The successful candidate will manage opportunities from the initial lead through to the sale. This includes responding to incoming inquiries, meeting with clients, walking properties, understanding their needs, identifying opportunities, preparing pricing and proposals, following up, and ultimately winning the work.
The opportunities you identify and sell may include landscape enhancements, maintenance services, Christmas décor and lighting, upgrades, additional installations, and design/build projects.
Our design team will continue to handle much of the technical design/build sales process. However, the Sales Manager will be expected to recognize design/build opportunities, build the client relationship, understand the customer's needs, and bring the design team into the process when their expertise is required.
We use AI-assisted tools to help identify and match applicants to our open roles. This may include reviewing resumes and suggesting potential matches. All final hiring decisions are made by humans.
