Job Description

Opal Collection is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team in Portsmouth, NH. In this role, you will lead sales strategies and initiatives to drive growth and exceed targets while building strong relationships with clients and partners.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve company goals.
• Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to maximize performance.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment and successful delivery of sales initiatives.
• Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar sales leadership role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to analyze sales performance and market trends.
• Highly motivated and target-oriented.
• Familiarity with sales software and CRM tools is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.

Pay Rate: $75,000 per year
