Sales Manager – Kuwait

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead and drive the performance of multiple retail branches in Kuwait.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher qualification.
  • Proven experience in sales management, preferably within the retail, perfume, cosmetics, or luxury goods sector.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong ability to develop sales strategies, drive business growth, and achieve sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple branches and lead high-performing sales teams.
