Job Description

ACCOUNTABILITIES

This position is responsible for all the activities and management of the Commercial Division in the following functions including

  • Achieving division’s budget sales, margins, profit and return on capital employed with use of KPI’s.
  • Daily operation & sales to commercial sales through direct channel or distributors for Hong Kong.
  • Assist Manager to develop marketing strategies for both the Division and the company.
  • Grow the business segment.
  • Support other Divisions to achieve overall satisfactory performance for ASSA ABLOY Hong Kong.

EXPERIENCE LEVEL

  • About 3 year’s related working experience.
  • Strong in marketing, sales & brand management related skills.
  • Strong business writing and speaking skills in English and Mandarin.
  • Ability to work with cross culture, function and country teams.
  • Assertive, open minded as well as receptive to feedback in a non structured environment and new working culture.
  • Result oriented, take initiatives, self motivated and have the ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills.

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor degree in business, marketing or economic and other combined disciplines.
