About the Client

Our client is a payments infrastructure provider offering a unified platform for businesses to accept card and alternative payments, manage risks, and access funds instantly. They deliver advanced back-office tools, intelligent risk management for fraud reduction, and customizable payment solutions. Supporting multi-currency transactions, they integrate global card acquiring with local alternative payment methods.

This is an exciting opportunity to define and build payment solutions for high-risk merchants. You'll be at the forefront of designing payment flows, managing partner relationships, and closing deals. Engage with industries like iGaming and trading, while bridging commercial, product, compliance, operations, and tech teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define business and product requirements for EMI offerings to high-risk merchants.

  • Develop payment flows including IBANs, payouts, and crypto solutions.

  • Structure merchant account models, settlement logic, and pricing.

  • Negotiate and onboard financial, banking, and crypto partners.

  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closing.

  • Acquire merchants within iGaming, gambling, and similar sectors.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in payments, EMI, fintech, or high-risk acquiring.

  • Experience with high-risk merchants like iGaming and crypto.

  • Proven track record in deal closing and sales cycle management.

  • Strong industry network and contacts.

  • Understanding of payment flows and partner onboarding.

  • Languages: English, Russian.
