· Reports to the Executive Director-General
· It annually presents the Activity Plan of its Board with particular emphasis on the gas sales targets to be achieved, the new consumer targets to be reached (conversions, new imports, etc.), marketing plan and the strategy to be used to achieve such targets.
· It controls the tasks assigned to the various employees of its management and to the other employees of the company with regard to commercial issues, in particular related to the sale of natural gas and activities to promote new consumers (conversions, marketing, etc.).
· Coordinate with the Technical Director and the Administrative and Financial Director on the various cross-sectoral work issues.
· Organizes, implements, controls and reports all activities of the Commercial Department, which encompasses the following specific areas:
1. GAS SALES
- Control and Management of Billing and Revenues from Natural Gas sales
(public users and large customers: EMTPM, Petromoc, etc).
- Control and management of customer credits and current accounts, preventing bad payers from continuing to buy on credit.
- Ensures compliance with invoicing and receipt procedures issued by DAF.
- Monitoring and Supervision of the sale of Gas, controlling the supplies by each vehicle.
2. PROMOTION OF NEW CONSUMERS
- Visits to potential consumers in order to explain the opportunities and negotiate possible adhesion to the consumption of natural gas.
- Awareness campaigns on the internet, social networks, newspapers, brochures, flyers, posters, billboards, radio, television, mobile advertising, among others, with the aim of promoting more consumers.
- Identification and negotiation of new conversion centers (CoC) of vehicles for Natural Gas.
- Promotion of training courses for conversion centres, both at commercial and technical level.
- Analysis and identification of constraints that the CoC may have and assist them in resolving them.
- Support CoCs to build their own capacity to attract new customers and promote new consumers of Natural Gas.
- Support CoCs in finding financial and viable solutions to enable them to attract customers and achieve as many conversions as possible.
3. SALE OF ACCESSORIES AND MISCELLANEOUS
- Establish and keep updated a set of contracts or memorandum of understanding with the Conversion Centers.
- Manage the import of kits and accessories needed for new consumers and for the CoCs while there is no capacity for the CoCs to do so directly.
- Monitor the quality of the services of the CoCs, proposing corrective measures to them, or even the cancellation or suspension of existing contracts, if necessary
- Analyzing and approving modalities for financing conversions to certain clients, through the CoCs, in close coordination with the company's Administrative and Financial Department.
- Control the payment of the credits granted.
- Follow up and monitor the ongoing conversion process with the CoCs.
- Control the stock of kits and accessories in storage, new entries, their use and destination, keeping permanent inventories of stocks and guides of the entries and exits of all items moved.
- Promote the availability of minimum stocks with the CoC in order to ensure their greater involvement in attracting customers for conversions and in the technical maintenance of installed equipment and converted vehicles.
· Attends meetings or events at the request of the Executive Director
· Coordinate training actions within the scope of the Commercial Department's responsibilities for its direct staff or other employees on whom the proper performance of tasks depends on such training.
· Prepare commercial and statistical analyses of the company on its own initiative and/or at the request of the Board.
· Provides effective and direct collaboration in the preparation of the company's annual business plan and other projects with forecasts and/or adjustments depending on the company's progress.
· It prepares commercial projects with the respective feasibility studies, presentations to the Government and actively participates in the negotiation of the same in close coordination with the General Directorate.
· Makes yourself available to work outside of normal office hours (if necessary)
· Assists the Managing Director in the preparation of management reports.
· It is committed to their training and to the development of the company's human capital.

· It provides collaboration in what may be necessary, as long as it has the capacity to do so.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree (An advantage)
Good Portuguese and English required (fluent written and spoken obligatory)
Hands-on experience with Word/Excel/Outlook
Minimum Light vehicles with proven practical experience (An advantage).
Great communication and argumentation skills
Good presentation and verbal fluency
A lot of responsibility for work, dynamism, assiduity, punctuality and availability to work in a multitasking regime under pressure.
Proven previous experience
If the applicant has its own car powered by natural gas it is an advantage
