1. Led sales team to complete sales target based on the overall requirements of the company
Based on resource budget and compliance.
Develop effective sales strategies with full understanding of products, marketing, customers and competition. lead the team to ensure the execution of strategies, market penetration and market share increase.
Implement DGG China strategy through One Agilent teamwork and partnership with all cross-functional teams.
2. Customer Focus Distributor channel management.
Customer-centric, and continuous customer experience enhancement.
Develop regional channel sales strategy. Optimize, select, incentive and evaluation distributors. Increase customer coverage and customer satisfaction through dealer management.
Establish good relations and in-depth cooperation with regional key customers.
3. Sales team management and development
Optimize the team structure, clear sales division, team performance management.
Team talent development and training plan, talent recruitment
Establish a positive and motivating team culture to improve team efficiency.
1. Academic and technical background requirements
Bachelor or master degree, major in biology or medicine is preferred.
At least 3 years working experience as a sales manager.
Good written and oral communication skills in Chinese and English.
2. Management capability requirements
Capability in leading high performance winning team -- capable and committed individuals with passion and winning attitude.
Good communication and influence ability to set up effective collaboration teamwork.
