We are looking for a Sales Manager who leads with intention, drives results through process, and understands that great performance comes from strong coaching, clear expectations, and disciplined execution. In this role, you will guide a high performing used vehicle operation, shape inventory strategy with confidence, and ensure every guest interaction reflects the standard of excellence Anchor Toyota is known for.

What You’ll Be Driving

  • Lead, coach, and develop a performance focused used vehicle team to consistently achieve volume, gross profit, and guest experience targets
  • Set clear daily and weekly expectations around appointments, follow ups, lead management, and accountability to activity and outcomes
  • Desk used vehicle deals with precision, ensuring strong structure, compliance, and a smooth, guest centered experience from start to finish
  • Own inventory strategy including pricing, merchandising, aging, and turn, using tools such as vAuto or equivalent platforms to drive informed decisions
  • Drive acquisition strategy through disciplined appraisals, strategic purchasing, and strong relationships with sourcing and wholesale partners
  • Partner closely with Finance, Service, and Marketing teams to ensure alignment on reconditioning flow, promotions, and end to end sales execution
  • Handle guest concerns with professionalism and care, protecting and strengthening CSI performance
  • Analyze market trends and performance data to identify opportunities, build strategy, and improve conversion, gross, and inventory health

What You Bring to the Team

  • Proven success leading a sales team in an automotive dealership environment, with a strong focus on both volume and profitability
  • Deep understanding of used vehicle strategy, including pricing, inventory management, and acquisition
  • Experience desking deals, appraising trades, and working collaboratively with Finance & Insurance teams
  • Familiarity with vAuto or similar inventory and pricing tools is an asset
  • A valid driver’s license and the ability to operate vehicles as required
