We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our business development efforts in the US market. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of IT outsourcing/outstaffing services and the US business landscape. This role requires a proactive, results-driven professional capable of building and optimizing internal sales processes while working closely with marketing teams to attract and secure new clients.
Responsibilities
Conduct market analysis to identify growth opportunities in the US.
Develop and execute strategic plans to penetrate the US market effectively.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
Design and implement scalable sales processes to drive revenue growth.
Develop, track, and analyze sales KPIs to optimize performance.
Ensure seamless client onboarding and account management.
Collaborate closely with the marketing team to align lead generation strategies.
Drive outreach campaigns to attract new clients and expand the customer base.
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote services.
Work cross-functionally with delivery teams to ensure client needs are met.
Provide regular feedback and insights to refine offerings and align with market demand.
Requirements
Proven track record of success in sales and business development, particularly in IT outsourcing/outstaffing services.
Deep understanding of the US market and its business culture.
Strong ability to design and implement internal sales processes.
Expertise in lead generation, client acquisition, and sales pipeline management.
Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
Familiarity with CRM systems and sales analytics tools.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven.
Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach.
Strong team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
