Job Description

Haddad Brands Europe, founded in 2017, specializes in the distribution of children’s apparel under exclusive licenses (Nike, Levi’s, Converse, Jordan, Lacoste…) across Europe.

Operational for 8 years, the company has experienced remarkable growth and now counts over 500 employees throughout Europe.

We distribute our products both through wholesale, working with major multi-brand and specialized retailers, and through retail, via our corners in leading department stores.

In concrete terms, this means that if you purchase children’s apparel (0–7 years for Nike, 0–16 years for Levi’s, Converse, and Jordan), whether in a physical store, online, in the Netherlands, the UK, Italy, or anywhere else in Europe, the product you’re holding has gone through us — even if you bought it in an official Nike or Levi’s store!

We are currently looking for a Sales Manager.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Act as key support and strategic right hand to the Brand Director driving profitable growth of the brands in scope across Europe.

Serve as the primary support and between Haddad Brands Europe, Licensor, and Haddad NY to build winning product ranges and Go-To-Market plans, ensuring assortments are consumer-relevant and commercially successful for European markets and retail partners across different tiers of distribution.

Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize revenue and market share, working closely with key accounts leads and partner with cross-functional teams to identify and drive growth opportunities across all categories of the brand.

Create Winning Go-To-Market Plans

  • Lead annual and seasonal planning to drive growth and market share across existing and new accounts

  • Conduct competitive analysis and benchmark product, pricing, and distribution with Sales and Merchandising teams

  • Define and identify white space opportunities across areas and work with respective partners to formulate a winning plan

  • Develop impactful sales tools, presentations, and sell-in materials & track results

  • Support Key account sell-ins through frequent account visits, trade fairs, and distributor presentations

Set Targets, Track Performance & Drive Accountability

  • Monitor business performance through regular reporting and analysis together with sales and planning teams

  • Set and forecast seasonal and annual targets by account and review regularly with Brand Director

  • Lead monthly forecast reviews and align on priorities with the Brand Director

  • Track sell-in, distribution, and KPI achievement including, sales, margin, turn, stock levels

  • Create best-seller reports, visual boards, and directed assortments and brief US cross functional partners regularly on results

  • Ensure alignment with business priorities and timely execution of sales operations across departments and with cross-functional external and internal partners

Manage Inventory

  • Define and execute inventory strategy to optimize stock levels and availability with demnd planning and merchandising team

  • Partner with planning and merchandising on NOS, re-buys, and stock coverage for full Price and off price channel

  • Drive at-once and closeout sales opportunities with Sales team

  • Support off-price strategy to maintain healthy inventory positions

Support Product Range Development

  • Translate market and account insights into actionable product strategies

  • Partner with merchandising and global teams online planning and assortment building

  • Identify product gaps, opportunities, and differentiation needs & communicate needs to US global sales team

  • Support SMU development for key accounts with aligned forecasts with merchandising

  • Build segmentation plans and product briefs to guide assortment creation

Drive Marketing Support for Key Partners

  • Collaborate with marketing to develop tools that enhance brand visibility and sell-through

  • Support key account marketing initiatives and negotiations

  • Contribute to impactful and scalable in-store executions

Support Brand Director

  • Assist with cross-brand initiatives, strategic planning, and presentations

  • Support GTM meetings, management recaps, sample management, trade fairs and follow-ups

  • Lead monthly business reviews and forecasting alignment briefing Brand Director

  • Proactively and independently share customer updates, recapping the Brand Director on key follow-ups, support needed, and clear action plans

  • Track action plans, ensure accountability, and drive execution across functions

  • Maintain consistent communication and alignment across all stakeholders holding teams accountable streamlining processes across functions

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Fashion Management, Marketing, International Trade, or a related field.

  • 6+ years of experience in sales, key account management, merchandising, business development, or brand management within the fashion, sportswear, lifestyle, or consumer goods industry.

  • Strong experience building and executing Go-To-Market strategies across wholesale and retail distribution channels.

  • Proven ability to manage commercial performance through forecasting, KPI tracking, assortment analysis, and sales reporting.

  • Strong understanding of European markets, retail environments, and consumer trends, with the ability to identify growth opportunities and white spaces.

  • Experience working with international partners, licensors, distributors, and cross-functional teams in a fast-paced matrix organization.

  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate business insights into strategic recommendations and actionable plans.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while driving execution, accountability, and cross-functional alignment.

  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint...

  • Fluent in English; additional European languages are considered a plus.
