The Sales Manager is responsible for leading the sales team, driving revenue growth, and developing strategies to expand the company’s customer base. This role oversees day‑to‑day sales operations, builds strong client relationships, and ensures that sales targets are consistently achieved. The Sales Manager plays a key role in shaping the commercial strategy and supporting long‑term business success.
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets
Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to ensure high performance
Identify new business opportunities and expand relationships with existing customers
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform sales planning
Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports for management
Oversee the full sales cycle, from prospecting to negotiation and closing
Collaborate with marketing, operations, and finance to support customer requirements
Ensure accurate use of CRM systems and maintain up‑to‑date customer data
Participate in trade shows, customer visits, and industry events as needed
Drive continuous improvement in sales processes, tools, and customer experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field
5+ years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
Experience with CRM platforms and sales reporting tools
Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
Customer‑focused mindset and strong relationship‑building abilities
