About the job

Businesses of all shapes and sizes rely on Google’s unparalleled advertising solutions to help them grow in today's dynamic marketing environment. You bring a passion for sales, knowledge of online media, and commitment to maximize customer success. You act like an owner, move with velocity through change, finding innovative and strategic ways to consistently deliver extraordinary and incremental outcomes for both Google and our customers. You build trusted relationships with customers, uncovering their business needs and translating them into powerful solutions to achieve their most ambitious goals. You achieve as a team with sellers, shape the future of advertising in the AI-era, and make a real impact on the millions of companies and billions of users that trust Google with their most important goals.

In this role, you will lead a number of Large Customer Sales (LCS) Poland pods in the CEE sector and will work with customers that have strongly contributed to Poland’s transformation and its current highest GDP growth in the European Union. Our purpose is not just to witness this transformation—it is to be the growth engine behind it. Our goal is to drive extraordinary growth for Poland, our customers and Google. We are getting back on track to double digit extraordinary growth - in line with overall CEE growth.

It is a dynamic business ranging from internationally operating, leading and innovative heavyweights (e.g., Allegro, CCC, LPP, P&G) to the ”next wave of growth” companies (e.g. XTB, eSKY, Airhelp) and to well-known local brands (e.g., Media Expert, Empik, Cyfrowy Polsat).

Google's Large Customer Sales (LCS) teams are strategic partners and industry thought leaders to the world's leading brands and agencies. We continuously challenge how customers think about their business and how Google can support growth. We focus on helping these players navigate profound industry shifts and drive outsized business performance by competitively selling Google's full suite of advertising solutions across Search, YouTube, Measurement, and more. As a member of our LCS team, you'll have the unique opportunity to sell at the forefront of technology, collaborating with executives, influencing market-shaping strategies, and delivering tangible results that significantly impact major global businesses and drive the growth of Google.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a significant part of the Polish business and lead a team of Account Managers. Deliver against business goals. Develop and execute long-term regional business plans that align with the CEE growth ambition.
  • Manage, inspire, and coach a team of high-performing Googlers. Evolve them into engaged sellers and strategic advisors.
  • Cultivate and own C-level relationships with executive customers, acting as a trusted advisor for their digital roadmap.
  • Guide your team in enabling the digital and AI transformation of customers to evoke meaningful change that enables them to grow their business and ours.
  • Oversee implementation, measurement, and recovery plans. Identify process improvements and scale best practices across local and international large customer sales teams. Excellent Pipeline Management is expected from teams.
