We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team in Mumbai, India. As a Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth, developing and implementing sales strategies, and leading a high-performing sales team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional to make a significant impact on our organization's success.

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals to maximize their performance and reach individual and team goals
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales initiatives with marketing campaigns and product development
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Create and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients
  • Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, providing regular updates to senior management
  • Forecast sales, analyze data, and adjust strategies to optimize results
  • Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote the company's products or services
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical sales practices

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • 3-5 years of proven experience in sales management or a similar role
  • Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing sales team
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Experience in sales forecasting, pipeline management, and data analysis
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach and the ability to work independently
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Customer-focused mindset with a talent for building and maintaining client relationships
  • Willingness to travel as required for client meetings, industry events, and team collaborations
  • Adaptability to changing market conditions and emerging sales trends
  • Working knowledge of labor laws and ethical sales practices
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages relevant to the Indian market is a plus
