About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Manager to drive business growth, develop client relationships, and lead sales initiatives across the region. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, managing key accounts, and delivering customized sales and retail solutions aligned with client requirements and organizational objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy & Business Development
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities across retail, FMCG, telecom, and consumer sectors.
Expand the client portfolio through strategic prospecting and relationship building.
Drive business growth through solution-based selling and market expansion initiatives.
Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Understand client requirements and provide tailored sales and retail solutions.
Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and long-term business partnerships.
Handle negotiations, proposals, and contract discussions effectively.
Sales Operations & Performance Management
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
Monitor sales performance, pipeline activities, and forecasting.
Prepare periodic sales reports, market insights, and performance updates.
Ensure achievement of individual and team sales targets.
Market Intelligence & Competitive Analysis
Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities.
Identify emerging opportunities and recommend growth strategies.
Provide valuable market feedback to support business planning and service enhancement.
Stay updated with industry trends and evolving customer expectations.
Collaboration & Cross-Functional Coordination
Coordinate with operations, marketing, and client servicing teams.
Ensure smooth execution and delivery of client solutions and projects.
Collaborate on campaigns, promotions, and business development initiatives.
Support alignment between sales objectives and operational capabilities.
Leadership & Team Support
Support and mentor junior sales team members when required.
Promote a performance-driven and customer-focused work culture.
Share best practices and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Compliance & Reporting
Ensure compliance with company policies and contractual obligations.
Maintain accurate CRM records and sales documentation.
Ensure proper reporting and adherence to internal processes.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
5–8 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management.
Experience in retail solutions, outsourcing, activation, or consumer-focused industries is preferred.
Strong track record in achieving sales targets and managing client relationships.
