Work You’ll Do:

• Communicate with customer to clarify the technical requirements

与客户沟通，明确技术需求；

• Prepare quotation

制定报价单；

• Support sales manager for technical discussion of quotation

协助销售经理进行报价单中技术问题的讨论；

• Support sales manager for commercial negotiation

协助销售经理进行商务谈判；

• Issue the manufacturing instruction and project handling

发布制造指令和项目的处理；

• Follow up all payments to be paid by customer

跟进客户货款的支付；

• Communicate with other departments for order execution

与其他部门协调，保证订单的执行；

• Maintain and update customer/project records

维护和更新客户、项目记录；

• Support lab for trial/commissioning before delivery

发货前协助实验室进行试车；

• Support service for on-site commissioning/startup

协助服务人员进行现场调试或开车；

• Support for process issues on-site

就现场工艺问题提供支持；

• Provide feedback/complain from market to related departments

向相关部门提供市场上的反馈或投诉；

• Complete other tasks assigned by department leader.

完成部门领导交办的其他任务。

Basic Qualifications:

1. Diploma degree or above

大专以上学历

2. Major in Mechanical / Electrical design, Polymer Science will be as plus

机械或电气设计专业，高分子材料专业背景优先

3. CET6 will be as plus

英语6级优先

4. Proven analysis, coordination, communication, negotiation, planning, studying and executing ability.

良好的分析、协调、沟通、谈判、计划、学习与执行能力

5. Be familiar with computer and MS office

熟练使用电脑及MS office

Preferred Qualifications:

Background in Machinery, Plastics industry will be as plus
