Job Description

The Job
This position will be the dedicated sales force to drive for the growth and development of Citrus oil/Mint oil business in China, identifying, developing and commercializing new relevant opportunities with key accounts while shaping midterm and long term business strategic plans together with key stakeholders.

Your Responsibilities
  • Acts as the leading sales force dedicated for Citrus oil/Mint oil business to drive strategic growth with key accounts of high potential;
  • Proposes, develops and aligns with cross-function team and key stakeholders on the Citrus oil/Mint oil strategy, process and tactical penetration plans within specified target segments/portfolio;
  • Drives the implementation of determined Citrus oil/Mint oil business plan as sales champion by hunting and assessing opportunities in marketplace, and also supporting/facilitating sales team to grow overall flavor business;
  • Develops the value propositions for Citrus oil/Mint oil business by partnering with go-to-market team;
  • Engages in competitive sales opportunities by utilizing our internal capabilities, resources and partner relationships;
  • Manages the projects with high sales growth potential; Executes against the major steps of the sales process: identify new business opportunities, qualify new opportunities, and close new business;
  • Establishes and maintain good relation with customers; manage customer needs in order to achieve the objectives;
  • Trouble shoot, solve customer issues and define unmet needs;
  • Maintains an accurate, comprehensive and updated sales forecast;
  • Manages account receivables to make sure overdue controlled at an acceptable level;
  • Works with colleagues cross BUs to ensure compliance with core values and be aligned on administration;
  • Accomplishes other tasks assigned by company and line manager and provide needed support on the sales management;


Your Profile
  • Bachelor of Science in food or other related education background;
  • >5 years’ working experience with excellent track record in developing key accounts in flavor area
  • A strategic thinking, self-motivated, proactive & independent candidate
  • Extensive knowledge of account development strategies and outstanding customer-focused account management skills;
  • Proven new business development skills;
  • Experience in managing global key accounts is a plus;
  • Outstanding presentation, facilitation, communication and negotiation skills;
  • Good command of oral and written English; Fluent in speaking is desired;
  • Extensive travel required;
