About the Client

Our client is a retail cryptocurrency platform that enables individuals to buy, sell, and swap cryptocurrencies across 180+ countries. Utilizing a range of payment methods such as credit/debit cards, bank transfers, PayPal, and Apple Pay, the platform facilitates fiat-to-crypto and crypto-to-fiat conversions in over 65 currencies. Targeting retail users, it offers a straightforward entry into the cryptocurrency market, complete with crypto-to-crypto swaps and a custodial wallet.

As a Sales Manager, you will have the exciting opportunity to manage the EU Tier 2 sales pipeline from start to finish. You'll independently handle deals, nurturing them from lead qualification to closing. This role offers the chance to make a significant impact on revenue delivery while working fully remote. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the EU Tier 2 sales pipeline end-to-end, ensuring consistent progress and revenue delivery

  • Proactively source new opportunities and qualify leads to maintain a healthy pipeline

  • Lead and complete partner onboarding processes, ensuring alignment with business goals

  • Maintain accurate CRM reporting and pipeline visibility with high-quality data

Requirements

  • Proven track record in sales: quota achievement, personal deals, and clear processes from first contact to close

  • Self-sufficiency: Ability to work independently and organize your day without oversight

  • Knowledge in fintech/crypto: Understand onramp mechanics, competitors, and partner business logic

  • Experience working in EU Tier 1/2 markets (Germany, France, Netherlands, Poland)

  • Languages: English

  • Capacity to independently navigate the product, CRM, and processes within the first 30 days
