We are looking for a highly capable and strategic sales leader to drive our Off-Trade channel performance, lead multi-layered sales teams, and shape the future of our commercial success.
Key Responsibilities
Define and drive internal targets for market share, distribution, and channel performance in line with company objectives (in compliance with competition law).
Develop, implement, and supervise robust sales plans, budgets, and forecasts to ensure delivery of business goals.
Ensure efficient and effective utilization of trade and marketing budgets within agreed limits.
Lead, coach, and develop a team of Field Sales Managers to build a high-performance culture.
Drive organizational effectiveness through strong people management, including talent acquisition, capability development, and succession planning.
Foster a culture of accountability, ownership, and continuous improvement across the sales organization.
Continuously monitor and analyze operational performance data to generate actionable insights and accurate forecasts.
Deliver quarterly and annual performance reviews, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities and business objectives.
Translate business results and market insights into clear action plans.
Actively contribute to the development of channel strategies by providing accurate and timely market and customer feedback.
Partner with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Trade Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain) to ensure effective execution of commercial plans.
Lead the development of competitive strategies and ensure alignment with company policies and regulatory frameworks.
Ensure seamless coordination between Sales and other business functions to drive integrated business outcomes.
Act as a key interface between field operations and central teams, aligning execution with strategic priorities.
Conduct regular field visits to ensure effective execution, team alignment, and adherence to company standards.
Identify improvement opportunities in execution and implement corrective actions where needed.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
Minimum 10 years of sales experience, preferably in FMCG
Minimum 5 years of people management experience, including managing managers
Strong leadership, coaching, and team development capabilities
Proven experience in sales strategy development and execution
Strong financial acumen and analytical thinking
A data-driven mindset, with the ability to leverage insights, analytics, and performance metrics to drive informed decision-making
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
High level of planning, organization, and problem-solving skills
Digital literacy and proficiency in MS Office tools
Fluent in English
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel
A results-driven and performance-oriented mindset
Strong collaboration and teamwork skills
Agility, resilience, and continuous learning orientation
