Sales Manager (B2B Sales, Team Leadership, CRM – Remote, U.S. Hours)

About the Role

We’re hiring a Sales Manager to lead, coach, and scale a high-performing sales team while driving consistent revenue growth.

In this role, you’ll oversee the full sales process — from pipeline generation to deal closure — while managing team performance, coaching reps, and optimizing systems

Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Performance Management

  • Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed targets
  • Set clear KPIs, activity targets, and performance expectations
  • Conduct regular 1:1 coaching sessions and performance reviews
  • Build a high-performance, accountable team culture

Onboarding & Training

  • Oversee onboarding and ramp-up for new sales hires
  • Deliver ongoing training on sales processes, communication, and product knowledge
  • Improve sales scripts, playbooks, and best practices

Sales Operations & Pipeline Management

  • Monitor sales metrics, pipeline health, and conversion rates
  • Analyze performance data and implement improvements at each stage
  • Ensure accurate use of CRM systems and data tracking
  • Prepare reports and forecasts for leadership

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work with Marketing to align campaigns and lead generation efforts
  • Partner with leadership on forecasting and strategic planning
  • Collaborate with Operations and Customer Success for smooth handoffs

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in sales management, business development, or account management
  • Proven track record of leading teams and hitting revenue targets
  • Strong understanding of the full sales cycle (prospecting → closing)
  • Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
  • Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable insights
  • Comfortable working remote during U.S. business hours

Nice to Have

  • Experience developing sales training programs or enablement materials
  • Experience in B2B, SaaS, or service-based industries
  • Strong forecasting and pipeline management experience

  • CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
  • Google Workspace / Microsoft Office
  • Sales reporting and analytics tools
