Join a growing team as a Sales Manager where you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact by driving business growth and expanding our client’s presence in the global payments industry. You will be at the forefront of creating innovative payment solutions for international clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and attract new B2B clients within payments, e-commerce, gaming, Forex, and online business sectors

  • Manage the full sales cycle from outreach and negotiations to onboarding support

  • Develop partnerships with PSPs, merchants, agents, and financial partners

  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through outbound activities, networking, and conferences

  • Work closely with compliance and operations teams during onboarding and integration processes

  • Maintain CRM activity, reporting, and sales forecasting

  • Represent the company at international events and industry conferences

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in fintech, payments, PSP, acquiring, or B2B financial sales

  • Strong understanding of cross-border payments, merchant acquiring, or payment infrastructure

  • Experience working with high-risk industries such as gaming, Forex, crypto, or e-commerce is a strong advantage

  • English communication skills and Russian language proficiency, as the role involves communication with international clients

  • Ability to independently manage the full sales cycle and develop client relationships
