We’re looking for an experienced, motivated Sales Manager to lead our Hyundai & Genesis sales team and elevate the guest experience at our luxury dealership.

Core Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and coach a team of Sales Consultants to consistently exceed performance targets
• Deliver an exceptional guest experience aligned with Genesis brand standards
• Oversee daily sales operations, desking deals, and managing the sales process from start to finish
• Collaborate closely with F&I and Service to ensure a seamless customer journey
• Track team metrics, maintain inventory knowledge, and implement sales strategies to grow volume
• Recruit and develop top-tier talent for the sales department

Basic Requirements

• Previous experience as a Sales Manager

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, develop, and hold a team accountable

• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals

• Excellent communication, customer service, and closing abilities

• Knowledge of CRM tools and modern digital retailing processes
