We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales Manager to lead, develop, and support our sales team in achieving growth objectives. This role is responsible for executing strategic sales initiatives, strengthening customer relationships, and driving overall performance within the region of Ontario.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with the District Manager, Sales Representatives, and Store Managers to develop and implement initiatives that increase sales and market share
  • Lead the execution and promotion of Traction marketing programs to drive customer engagement and revenue growth
  • Recruit, develop, coach, and motivate a high-performing sales team
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing training and development opportunities
  • Monitor market trends, product line changes, emerging technologies, and competitor strategies to identify growth opportunities
  • Track and analyze sales performance through weekly and monthly reporting, adjusting strategies as needed to meet objectives

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For

  • 7–10 years of experience in Business Development and/or Account Management, preferably within a dealer, member, retail, or wholesale environment in the heavy-duty truck & trailer, automotive, or related sectors
  • Strong leadership and team development skills
  • Proven ability to drive sales growth and execute strategic initiatives
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational abilities
  • Results-driven mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
