The sales department transforms yesterday’s narrow selling concept of buyer-seller relationships with our customers into a multifunctional, collaborative approach designed to achieve our mutual volume, profit, and market share objectives. You will work collaboratively with experts from P&G including Finance, Sales Category Managers and Marketing to develop the right business strategies and business plans to deliver sustainable competitive advantage for our brands in the marketplace.

As a Sales Manager you will be responsible for developing superior in-store presence of our brands in a defined geographic territory. You will be leading a significant part of our business and be able to immediately see the results of your work.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets and identify opportunities for account growth

• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships

• Act as the primary point of contact between the customer and internal multifunctional teams such as marketing, product supply, and finance

• Secure favorable agreements and ensure compliance

• Prepare regular sales forecasts to track performance and plan future activities

Compensation & Benefits

• Monthly salary starting from 900 000 KZT gross

Job Qualifications

• The job requires you to be based in Almaty (or you should be ready to move to Almaty with the company's support)

• Any higher education degree (up to 3 years after graduation)

• Good command of English (Upper-Intermediate/B2 or higher level)

• Strong analytical and communication skills

• Relevant job experience is not mandatory but preferable

• Readiness for a full-time work schedule (40 hours per week)
